• Damaged or lost packages during return are your responsibility.

Returns process

• Email info@sneakermouse.nl within 14 days to create your return.
• After receiving the email, we will send you a return label with a payment link.
• Pack your order carefully, using a shipping box (not a plastic bag!).
• Add the original invoice to your package
• Drop off your ready-to-ship package at the nearest post office.
• After receipt, we will start processing your refund (max 5 working days).
