• The sneakers must be unworn and in the same condition with all accessories.
• The sneakers may not be creased (wrinkled).
• The original box must also be in the same condition and include the paperwork.
• Products obtained for free must also be returned.
• Damaged or lost packages during return are your responsibility.
• Return costs are at your own expense.

Returns process

• Email us at info@sneakermouse.nl that you want to return something.
• Log in with your shipping details at https://sneakermouse.myparcel.me/returns/create
• Your barcode = your track & trace code.
• Download and print the return label, which can be found under the heading 'return shipment'.
• Pay online for your return label.
• Let us know why you are returning the package.
• Pack your order carefully, use a shipping box (no plastic bag!).
• Please include the original packing slip with your package
• Stick the return label visibly on the package or have it printed out at the post office.
• Drop off your ready-to-ship package at the nearest post office.
• After receipt we will start processing your refund (max 5 working days).
